Onward Investors, an Eden Prairie, Minnesota-based commercial real estate and development firm, has purchased the 130 E. Washington tower in downtown Indianapolis.
The property is a 12-story, 201,127-square-foot office building that is 55 percent leased. Tenants include engineering firm Arcadis and the national governing bodies of USA Track and Field, Diving, Gymnastics and Synchronized Swimming.
The building was originally designed in1922 for Meyer Kiser Bank.
Onward Investors plans improvements for the office building and is now actively seeking additional tenants for the property.
