Two new brokerage pros have joined the Columbus office of CBRE.
First vice president Rick Trott and senior associate Kevin McGrath have joined the office. Both previously worked at Cassidy Turley.
In the past three years, Trott and McGrath have been involved in transactions totaling more than $150 million. They’ve also marketed more than 6.5 million square feet of industrial space and 3,000 acres of industrial land.
