SVN | Chicago Commercial and Cushman & Wakefield brokered the sale of a manufacturing and warehouse facility at 3843 W. 43rd Street and 3800 West 44th Street in Chicago. The asset sold for $5,718,125 net with one year of pre-paid rent included.
Beverly Hayes and John McDermott of SVN | Chicago Commercial represented the seller in the sale-leaseback transaction. Colin Green of Cushman & Wakefield represented the buyer.
