Two Chicago professionals named to IREM’s 30 under 30 list

The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) has named two Chicago professionals—Eugene Ballantine and Lindsay Bonilla—to its 30 Under 30 program, recognizing the exceptional next generation leaders committed to advancing the real estate management profession.

Eugene Ballantine, CPM is a senior financial analyst at Cresa Global Inc. Lindsay Bonilla is a property manager at Draper and Kramer. Both are based in Chicago.

“Eugene is a highly respected and driven professional with a unique and valuable skillset,” said Cresa Chicago market leader, Tad Laws. “He is able to leverage his background on the ownership side to provide occupiers with a truly comprehensive view of the commercial real estate business. We are thrilled Eugene has been chosen to receive this well-deserved honor.”

In selecting this year’s winners, IREM considered candidates who have demonstrated creativity, innovation and leadership in their careers. IREM’s 2019 list includes talented young professionals from 30 different companies in 15 states and three countries who are making a difference in the industry, and in their communities.
