Two CRE veterans with Cresa honored by SIOR

Cresa’s Ryan Bertin and Curt Stanton were recently honored by the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) for its 2023 Top Transaction Awards in the category of Largest Office Transaction.

The awards, given annually to SIOR members who complete the largest transactions with one or more additional SIORs, demonstrate the power of the exclusive SIOR network.

The 142,043-square-foot office lease was located in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania, and closed at $57,277,581.

Bertin, a managing principal with Cresa’s Detroit office, and Stanton, a managing principal based in Cresa’s Chicago office, completed the deal with SIOR members Dan Adamski, managing director at JLL; Amy Broadhurst, president and principal of Lee & Associates; and Patrick Sentner, executive vice president of Colliers | Pittsburgh.

Bertin, an advisory specialist, and SIOR member since 2015, specializes in finding real estate solutions that align with his client’s operating objectives. Stanton, an industrial and office specialist and an SIOR member since 2004, specializes in tenant representation, brokerage management, corporate services, sales, leasing, and consulting.

The SIOR Top Transaction Awards are presented every spring, along with SIOR’s Top 50 largest industrial and office transactions, and highlight the top sales and lease transactions, ranked by dollar volume.
