Two key Indiana commercial real estate companies have joined forces, Bradley Company and NAI Harding Dahm. NAI Harding Dahm is based in Fort Wayne, Ind., while Bradley Company is based in South Bend, Ind.

“Our intention was to quickly take advantage of the expanded growth opportunities that exist to enable us to grow as our clients grow,” said Brad Toothaker, chief executive officer of Bradley Company. “This merger with allows us to do just that.”

“The merger sets the tone for NAI Harding Dahm for the next 20 years,” said Dan Dickey, president of NAI Harding Dahm. “We’re merging with a dynamic company whose leadership has values and business practices similar to ours.”

With the merger, the combined firms will employ nearly 250 professionals who will manage more than 7 million square feet of commercial property, manage more than 2,300 units within residential apartment communities and act as brokerage agents for nearly 700 commercial properties.
