Two Duluth, Minnesota-based developers have purchased the Intrepid Building at 230 E. Superior Street in Duluth, Minnesota.
Brian Forcier, chief executive officer of Titanium Partners, and Joe Gregorich, owner and partner of Gregorich and Matack Family Dental, have purchased the building with plans to re-develop the 70-year-old structure.
Titanium Partners is now the developer, leasing representative and property manager of the 16,800-square-foot building located on the corner of 3rd Avenue East and Superior Street in downtown Duluth. The building is located directly across the street from Greysolon Plaza.
Gregorich and Matack Family Dental plan to relocate its dental practice to the Intrepid Building in spring of 2023. Enclosed parking for patients will be available in the Sheraton/Medical District Ramp just across the street.
Significant investment and upgrades are planned for the building, which serves as an important cornerstone in Duluth’s HART District. Located in downtown Duluth, HART has a long and vibrant history as a center for arts and entertainment. Today, the HART District is home to theaters, restaurants, shops, a casino, lodging, condominiums, apartments and Essentia Health’s Vision Northland project.
