Marcus & Millichap has announced the sale of two Krispy Kreme stores, one located in Evergreen Park and the other in Hillside, Illinois. The triple-net-leased assets sold for a total of $6 million.
Benjamin H. Silver, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Fort Lauderdale office, had the exclusive listing to market the properties on behalf of the seller, a local private investor. The buyer, an international investor, was also secured and represented by Benjamin H. Silver
This portfolio consist of two newly developed Krispy Kreme prototype design constructed in 2017 and 2018 both 100 percent leased to Krispy Kreme Corporate under 20-year Absolute NNN Leases. Additionally, one of the properties included a 25,000 square-foot vacant outparcel for future development.
