The Urban Land Institute St. Louis announced the graduation of the 2025 cohort of the Real Estate Diversity Initiative (REDI) program.
A total of 20 real estate/urban planning career aspirants graduated from the program Feb. 24 at an event at the Moonrise Hotel in downtown St. Louis. REDI has now graduated 125 since the program was launched in 2019.
The REDI program, a cornerstone of ULI St. Louis’ commitment to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in real estate, provides underrepresented professionals with comprehensive education, mentorship, and networking opportunities. Over the course of the program, participants gain hands-on experience in real estate development, finance, and project planning, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in the industry.
“We are thrilled to celebrate the hard work and dedication of this year’s impressive graduates,” said Christie Brinkman, Board Chair of ULI St. Louis. “The REDI program continues to empower a new generation of real estate leaders, helping to shape a more inclusive and equitable industry.”
The evening’s program featured final group presentations, the awarding of graduation certificates, networking with ULI St. Louis leadership and program instructors, and a celebration of the graduates’ achievements. Attendees included industry leaders, program alumni, and community partners, creating an invaluable networking opportunity for all involved.
