Ulmer & Berne adds partners in Cleveland office

Cleveland-based law firm Ulmer & Berne elected new partners to the firm, including Brett Altier and Raymond Seiler.

Altier is a real estate attorney in Ulmer’s Cleveland office who assists clients in real estate and environmental law. In addition to his transactional work, Altier represents clients in litigation to resolve a variety of complex real estate and environmental disputes involving property valuation, mineral rights, title issues and eminent domain.

Seiler is also a real estate attorney in Ulmer’s Cleveland office. His practice includes skilled nursing and assisted living facility owners and operators with acquisitions, divestitures and leases of long-term care facilities. He also has experience representing mineral owners and oil and gas companies in the negotiation of leases and the analysis mineral title issues.
