Ulmer & Berne partner named to board of Cleveland Restoration Society

Ulmer & Berne partner Jodi Rich has been elected to the Board of Trustees of the Cleveland Restoration Society (CRS), a nonprofit with a mission to revitalize Cleveland’s diverse communities, strengthen the regional economy and enhance the quality of life in northeastern Ohio.

Rich is a partner in the Cleveland office of Ulmer & Berne LLP where she has practiced since 2001 and leads the Retail, Restaurants and Hospitality Industry Group. With nearly 20 years of experience in real estate law, she assists clients with matters involving all types of commercial properties with a particular focus on addressing the legal needs of clients in the retail, restaurant and hospitality industries. She represents a wide variety of clients in commercial real estate transactions, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, borrowers, and lenders in the acquisition, sale, development, leasing, and financing of commercial properties.

The Cleveland Restoration Society is a private non-profit organization that was founded in 1972.
