In a deal negotiated by Coldwell Banker Commercial Griffin Companies, United Petroleum has paid $1.2 million for the SuperAmerica in Minneapolis.
The new owners plan to keep the property as is and continue business as usual.
CBC Griffin Companies’ brokerage team of Mike Palm, Sr. and Mike Palm, Jr. negotiated the deal.
