United Properties and Jerry’s Enterprises will break ground on Bielenberg Gardens, a retail development at Radio Drive and Bailey Road in Woodbury, Minn., on June 25.
Bielenberg Gardens will be anchored by a 65,000-square-foot to-be-announced food store and a 6,200-square-foot liquor store operated by Jerry’s Enterprises.
The development will also include a 12,300-square-foot multi-tenant retail building and 10 additional retail outlots.
The project, which will cover up to 148,000 square feet, is expected to be completed by spring of 2015.
