United Panelized Framing Components, LLC recently purchased a 40,000-square-foot industrial building on an 8-acre site located at 67780 Van Dyke in Washington Township, Michigan.
The purchase price has not been disclosed to the public, but the listing sale price of this property was $995,000.00.
UPFC has more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry through fabricating wood panels and truss systems. They will utilize this newly purchased facility in an effort to address the expansion of its operations due to the recent increase in residential construction.
