This week, Winston & Strawn, a law firm headquartered in Chicago, confirmed its future relocation to 300 North LaSalle, a 57-story tower situated along the riverfront, following a trend of office users upgrading their space while rightsizing.
The new office space will occupy 148,000 square feet spread across six floors, Crain’s reported. Currently, Winston & Strawn’s office is situated in the former Leo Burnett Building, where they occupy about 257,000 square feet, with their lease running until 2027.
Finally coming to fruition, Winston & Strawn’s plan has been in motion for a while. In January, Crain’s reported on the firm’s early talks to move to 300 North LaSalle, with upgraded amenities including an outdoor plaza, a waterfront café, a fitness center, a conference center and a bank.
