Upshore Chapter, a 149-unit apartment building in Chicago’s historic Uptown neighborhood, is nearing completion. Developed by CRG, the twelve-story glass tower at 4555 N. Sheridan Road will welcome first move-ins next month.
CRG parent company Clayco is the design-builder on the building, which was designed by the recently expandedLamar Johnson Collaborative. The 123,000-square-foot, transit-oriented development contains 5,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space and 29 parking spots. Pre-leasing is under way through Luxury Living Chicago Realty.
Resident amenities include a coffee bar and workspace off the lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center, pet spa and unparalleled skyline views from the 2,000-square-foot rooftop lounge and outdoor deck that features grills, TVs, fire pits and lounge chairs.
