Dawn Overstreet of Sperry Van Ness, LLC represented the seller, Chicago Deferred Exchange Company, LLC, and the buyer, 921 W. Cullom, LLC. The property sold for $790,000.
“Given the building’s close proximity, within walking distance, to Montrose Harbor and Beach and its location on a quiet, residential street, the interest was extremely high. The building sold for 99% of the asking price and was under contract in two weeks,” Overstreet said.
