Urban Innovations announces six new or renewing office leases in River North

Urban Innovations has announced that the firm has recently signed six new or renewing leases in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. The leases characterize a trend of companies readying to return their workforce to this desirable entertainment and office submarket this year.

Azimuth, an employment agency, signed a lease renewal for a different, 1,003 square-foot suite in 325 W. Huron. The firm was represented by Brian McDonnell from CBRE.

Capital Source Group, LLC. has signed a 1,083 square-foot new lease in 440 N. Wells. The capital procurement firm will be relocating from a Loop location and was represented by Jonathan Zimmerman from InCommercial Property Group.

CDL 1000 Inc. signed a 2,925 square-foot lease at 212 W. Superior. The supply-chain logistics company headquartered in suburban Lyons, IL is opening its second office. CDL 1000 was represented by Lois Durkin of Colliers International.

Investment firm Project One Capital, LLC. signed a new lease for a 1,465 square-foot space in 444 N. Wells. The company was also represented by Lois Durkin of Colliers International.

Rockwell & Associates, Ltd., an Aflac agency, signed a 5,000 square-foot new lease in 325 W. Huron. The insurance firm will be relocating employees from 303 W. Erie. Eric Turrin of North Park Realty represented the tenant. 

The National Anti-Vivisection Society, a nonprofit animal welfare agency, signed a 2,566 square-foot lease at 444 N. Wells. Larry Cohn of @Properties Commercial represented the tenant.

Aaron Zaretsky and Candice Murphy of Urban Innovations represented ownership on all six transactions.
