372 W. Ontario Street, Chicago

Urban Innovations recently signed four new leases in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. These businesses are expanding and relocating from other locations in the Chicago market.

“A wide variety of companies are moving to or expanding in River North because of its variety of space layouts and flexible terms that meet the current changing needs of companies,” said Urban Innovations’ Aaron Zaretsky. “These new and growing businesses include an advertising agency, food delivery, medical office and a financial services firm.”

C|Change Communications Incorporated will occupy a newly renovated, full-floor space at 372 W. Ontario consisting of 6,942 square feet. The advertising and marketing agency is moving from a previous location in the Fulton Market area to this 40,125-square-foot building. SVN Chicago Commercial’s Deena Zimmerman and Christian Peppler represented the tenant.

DoorDash, Inc. has more than tripled its office space at 314 W. Superior to 13,275 square feet. DoorDash, the international on-demand food delivery company has been located in 314 W. Superior for nearly three years prior to the expansion. Cushman & Wakefield’s Jeff Skender, Ari Klein, Scott Shelbourne, and Greg Pickett represented DoorDash.

Field Trip Ventures USA Inc. signed a lease for 4,145 square feet at 325 W. Huron. The space is being built out for a medical therapy use. Field Trip Ventures USA was represented by Colliers International’s Tony Karmin and Joe Stevens.

Windsor Advantage, LLC, a banking and financial services firm, expanded its office space to 4,038 square feet at 444 N. Wells. Avison Young’s Chris O’Leary represented Windsor Advantage.

Candice Murphy and Aaron Zaretsky of Urban Innovations represented ownership on all four transactions.
