Urban Innovations‘s construction division was selected as the contractor for a new 11,000-square-foot brewery and taproom for craft brewer Ten Ninety Beer Company at 1025 Waukegan Road in Glenview, Illinois.
The brewery and 89-seat taproom will feature an outdoor patio with an initial capacity of 5,000 barrels for production. The company brewed 1,000 barrels in its first full year of operations.
Tony Lindsay is the Project Manager leading the team for Urban Innovations. Architectural services are being provided by Glenview-based Lindsay Associates Architects.
Ten Ninety or “1.090” is the approximate measurement of the original gravity for each of the brewer’s flagship beers. Ten Ninety’s beers can be found mostly in six packs of bottles at Trader Joe’s, Mariano’s, Whole Foods, Heinen’s and Binny’s.
