Premier Commercial Realty of Lake in the Hills has successfully marketed an 8,115-square-foot industrial facility at 11538 Smith Drive in Huntley.
The property will function as a warehouse for the lessee, which is US Nutrition Power, a company that boasts its success as being more than just a health food store.
