V3 Companies has expanded its environmental services with the key hire of Ryan Hartley, P.E. His arrival marks a dedicated push by V3 to extend its expertise in the oil & gas, power/utility, manufacturing and chemical/pharmaceutical industry sectors. Ryan’s more than 18 years of significant environmental experience in these arenas includes projects related to Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) Part B permits, compliance, heavy remediation, and redevelopment of RCRA permitted properties.
