Brian McMorrow recently joined Indianapolis-based civil engineering firm V3 Companies as senior project manager in South Bend, Indiana.
McMorrow has 39 years of civil engineering experience in the design of high-profile developments and redevelopments of real estate parcels including mixed-use, residential, office parks, distribution and manufacturing.
McMorrow is responsible for guiding projects from the feasibility stage through plan production, permitting and construction. He directly oversees all aspects of a project including site design, permitting guidance, regulatory compliance, coordination with architects and contractors as well as client representation and coordination.
McMorrow has a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and currently serves as president of the Homebuilders Association of St. Joseph Valley while also being an active participant in the Indiana Builders Association and The Society for College and University Planning.
