Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of 1437 Harmony Court, a 15,700-square foot industrial property located in Itasca, Illinois, according to Steven D. Weinstock, regional manager and first vice president of the firm’s Chicago Oak Brook office. The asset sold for $1,700,000.
Tammy A. Saia, first vice president, and Tami Andrew, associate and investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap’s Chicago Oak Brook office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a New York based corporation. The buyer is an owner and end user.
The property is the third of three buildings offered for sale, each of which were vacant at the time of closing. Multiple offers were received for the property and the transaction closed at 99 percent of list price.
