Value Industrial Partners, a full-service real estate operator based in Elmhurst, Illinois, announced its recent acquisition of 641 Forestwood Drive in Romeoville, Illinois. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The property consists of a 20,000-square-foot, two-tenant building currently occupied by one tenant. The building was constructed in 2000 and features 24-foot ceilings, two exterior docks and two drive-in doors.

Terri Alexander with Transwestern represented the seller, a private investor, and brought the opportunity to Value Industrial Partners’ attention and was the sole broker in the transaction. This is Value Industrial Partner’s 2nd acquisition in Romeoville in the last 12 months.
