Value Industrial Partners has announced several long-term leases throughout the Chicago area.
Mac-Gray Corp. executed a long-term extension of its lease for 12,000 square feet at 1960 Swanson Court in Gurnee. Mac-Gray was represented by Zach Graham of CBRE.
Krasi Invest Holdings LLC leased 13,600 square feet at 705 Thomas in Bensenville. 705 Thomas features food production and distribution infrastructure and was ideally located for Krasi’s operations. Krasi was represented by Jonathan Kohn and Tom Rodeno of Colliers International.
Motion Industries renewed its lease for the 19,671-square-foot facility at 5444 East Ave. in Countryside. Motion Industries was represented locally by Tim Thomson of HSA.
Midwest Environmental Recycling leased 14,000 square feet at 4145 W 123rd St. in Alsip. Midwest Environmental Recycling chose the Alsip facility due to its proximity to customers and I-294.
