Value Industrial Partners recently acquired 5300-5328 W. 123rd Place in Alsip, Ill., a property totaling 86,503 square feet currently 100-percent leased to three tenants.
The 123rd Place building is the third acquisition this year for Value Industrial Partners, with 2014 acquisitions totaling more than 300,000 square feet.
J. Michael Bonet of Jupiter Realty Services was the sole broker in the transaction representing both Value Industrial Partners and the seller. Brian Liston and Brian Gedvilas of Value Industrial Partners also worked on behalf of Value Industrial Partners.
