The Value Place extended-stay brand opened a new hotel in Urbancrest, Ohio, on Jan. 22. This means that Value Place now operates 13 hotels in Ohio, with locations in Dayton, Cincinnati and Cleveland.
The new hotel is located at 3205 Centerpoint Drive, a short distance from Ohio’s capital and near two international airports.
The four-stor hotel offers 124 rooms. Amenities include laundry facilities, high-speed wireless Internet and modified kitchens.
