Transwestern announced Vanco International renewed its lease of 43,690 square feet at 506 Kingsland in Batavia, Ill. Transwestern’s Michael Marconi represented Vanco, which distributes high-quality audio, video, mobile and CB accessories. Liberty Property Trust represented itself in the transaction and also owns the 177,600-square-foot building.
“506 Kingsland is a central location for Vanco’s customer base,” said Marconi. “The property provides easy access to both its suburban customers in western Illinois, as well as those in Chicago.”
506 Kingsland features modern characteristics such as a 30-foot clear height, pre-cast exterior, an early suppression fast response sprinkler system, and exterior docks.
