Vantage Point Properties to develop the office phase at The Quarry mixed-use development in Lenexa, Kansas.
The three-building project will deliver 145,000 square feet of Class-A office space to the centrally located mixed-use development in the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Wichita, Kansas-based Vantage Point has selected the Cushman & Wakefield agency leasing team of Marty Gilchrist, Suzanne Dimmel and Andrew Greene to lead marketing of The Quarry to prospective tenants.
Originally announced as Reflections at City Center, in the summer of 2022, Paul Jackson, CEO of Vantage Point, says the name change evolved as a result of the geologic and design characteristics of the property. As a salute to the original project name, the apartment complex has been aptly named Reflections Apartments.
Located adjacent to the Lenexa City Center mixed-use development and Downtown Lenexa, The Quarry will include three buildings of Class A office space of 25,000 square feet, 55,000 square feet and 65,000 square feet. The 32-acre, mixed-use urban development sits just off Interstate 435 and Renner Road and will soon represent one of the highest growth areas of Johnson County, at the geographic center of Lenexa.
