Members of NAI Hiffman, Hiffman National and 90 North stood eagerly awaiting the arrival of a silver sports car covered in sponsor logos with a UK license plate outside the clubhouse of the Autobahn Country Club in Joliet on a breezy Thursday afternoon.
The group was assembled to welcome the father-son duo of Philip and William Churchill who set off on the Vantage World Tour on February 28, a 25,000 mile road trip around the world to raise funds for the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) an organization designed to increase awareness and prevention of suicide.
Driving an Aston Martin V8 Vantage, Philip and William left from Pall Mall in London before shipping the car across the Atlantic Ocean where the pair re-joined the car in New York City on March 28.
“We learned about Philip’s unique adventure and important connection to CALM in December, 2022,” said NAI Hiffman | Hiffman National CEO Dave Petersen. “We were intrigued to learn how we could help support the cause and chose to become one of the car sponsors. Most importantly, we’re happy to aid the mission of CALM by making a lifesaving difference for someone we will never meet and we’ve been thrilled to keep up with the progress of Philip and Will’s journey thus far.”
Philip Churchill is a founder and managing partner for 90 North, a client of NAI Hiffman | Hiffman National. As partners in business, logos for both NAI Hiffman and Hiffman National are displayed prominently on the vehicle as proud sponsors of the charitable effort.
Following the gathering at the Autobahn Country Club, the Churchills continued on their North American leg of the trip, eventually scheduled to arrive in Cancun before venturing on to Central and South America.
