VanTrust Real Estate recently celebrated its ground-breaking of Project One, a speculative distribution project located at the intersection of Stanley Road and Perry Road in Plainfield, Ind.
The 450,000-square-foot cross-docked, 32-foot clear height facility will be available for occupancy in the fourth quarter of 2012.
“We are excited to enter the Indianapolis market by starting one of the first speculative distribution facilities since the economic downturn,” said Andy Weeks, general manager of the VanTrust Columbus office. “The modern bulk industrial market has tightened considerably over the past several quarters and there is strong demand for new space in Plainfield.”
Pepper Construction Group is the design-build contractor and the facility was designed by JRA Architects.
Glenn Davis and Andy Weeks with Colliers International are marketing the building.
