VanTrust Real Estate’s recently built speculative office building is meeting demand for new, modern office space in the Blue Ash suburb of Cincinnati.Four companies have inked deals for space at Landings III, located at 9999 Carver Road.
Advarra has leased 18,564 square feet on the third floor of the four-story building, which was designed to allow for an open ceiling concept. Truepoint Wealth Counsel, LLC leased 24,645 square feet for its headquarters on the second floor. On the first floor, Raymond James & Associates, Inc. is occupying 5,566 square feet and Cardno USA has 3,088 square feet. Leasing terms vary between seven- and 10-year terms.
Cushman & Wakefield’s Senior Director Scott Abernethy and Senior Associate Michelle Klingenberg represent VanTrust Real Estate. Landings III still has available various suite sizes up to about 17,000 square feet.
The 140,500-square-foot office building is visible to Reed Hartman Highway and adjacent to the new Summit Park mixed-use development in Blue Ash. Landings III has a common conference center free to tenants, and is the only Wired Certified Gold building in the region. There is plenty of parking with two parking decks. Also, Zagster Bike Share has a bike station on the property.
