VanTrust Real Estate has added a second speculative industrial building to the Raymore Commerce Center in Raymore, Missouri.
At 1.024 million square feet, Building III will be one of the largest available industrial buildings in the Kansas City region.
Site work has commenced, and the building is scheduled for completion in the fall of 2022. Purpose-built to meet the needs of modern industrial tenants, this building has been designed with 40-foot clear heights and expansive trailer and car parking.
Brinkmann Constructors is managing the construction in partnership with GBA as the architect and Olsson as the civil engineers.
“As the need for consumer goods, e-commerce and logistic space continues to increase and evolve, this new building will offer the area a much-needed large block of space to continue to keep pace with user demand in the region,” said Grant Harrison, director of development at VanTrust. “The City of Raymore has been invaluable during the entire development process, we couldn’t have asked for better civic partners.”
In addition to Building III, John Stafford, Ed Elder and Ben Boyd of Colliers Kansas City will continue to market both the recently completed Raymore Commerce Center Building I and Lot 2, which can accommodate up to 450,000 square feet to prospects.
