VanTrust Real Estate, LLC has added Andy Crimmins as vice president of development in its Kansas City, Missouri, office.
With over 25 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, Crimmins brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the VanTrust team.
Crimmins has a diverse background in retail, entertainment, and mixed-use development and brokerage. His extensive experience and tenured relationships offer a powerful customer-focused approach to real estate strategy, development, and execution. In his new role at VanTrust, Crimmins will primarily focus on identifying, evaluating, and executing speculative and build-to-suit industrial development projects with a focus on retail in Kansas City and the wider Midwest region.
Crimmins is actively involved with several organizations, including the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Within ULI, he has held the position of chair for Kansas City REDi and is currently a member of the national Entertainment Development Product Council.
Prior to joining VanTrust, Crimmins held the position of vice president of real estate development at Ryan Companies and was previously a founder and managing partner at Crossroads Real Estate. Crimmins holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Northern Arizona University.
