VanTrust Real Estate promotes Grant Harrison to executive vice president, overseeing its Kansas City development team

VanTrust Real Estate, LLC (VanTrust) is pleased to announce the promotion of Grant Harrison to executive vice president. Harrison will lead the company’s Kansas City development team and will succeed Rich Muller, who is spearheading VanTrust’s recently announced national initiative in science and technology

Harrison has been with the company for 13 years and most recently served as senior director of development. In his new role as executive vice president, he will advance development opportunities for VanTrust in the Midwest markets, with an immediate focus on Kansas, Missouri, Iowa and Oklahoma. This includes determining project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight, as well as sales and leasing opportunities.

Harrison’s portfolio of development projects has surpassed 8.5 million square feet, spanning office, medical office, retail and industrial product types. Among some of his active developments in the Midwest are the Raymore Commerce Center and Platte International Commerce Center in Kansas City, Missouri, Altus Commerce Center in Des Moines, Iowa, and Tulasi Commerce Park in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
