VanTrust Real Estate recently signed a lease with Tower International for 219,061 square feet at Park 480, an industrial building in Shepherdsville, Ken.
This is the first lease signed in the next generation of buildings now under construction in the Louisville market.
Tower International, a manufacturer of metal components and assemblies, serves automotive OEMs.
Park 480 is VanTrust’s first project in the Louisville area, a 500,918-square-foot bulk distribution warehouse. The recently completed building features 50-foot-by-50-foot interior bays and 50-foot-by-60-foot loading bays.
