Hallbrook Office Center LLC and VanTrust Real Estate LLC will build a new four-story, 120,527-square-foot office building at Hallbrook Office Center in Leawood, Kansas.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Miles McCune and Jeff Winters will provide agency leasing services for the Class-A property, which will sit on about eight acres at College Boulevard and State Line Road, adjacent to the Hallbrook Country Club.

“We’re excited to bring another high-quality Hallbrook project to the market,” said McCune, in a statement. “The other phases of this development have been well-received, and we’re already seeing really strong interest in another property at this location.”

While the first two properties at Hallbrook were built on a speculative basis, the project team does not plan construction on Hallbrook III to begin until commitments for at least one floor of the property (30,000 square feet) are secured.
