Vastland Company announced that its flagship midtown Nashville project, VOCE Hotel & Residences, has pre-sold more than one-third of its available 192 private residences.

Initial site work has begun, setting the stage for the project to begin construction in the coming months.

In addition to the residences, when completed VOCE will also include 116 hotel suites, complemented by 40,000 square feet of epicurean, wellness, and fitness amenities and services, curated event programming, and 60,000 square feet of creative office space.

The 40,000 square feet of amenity space includes a lobby restaurant with an indoor and outdoor bar, rooftop restaurant, rooftop pool, pet amenities including a separate pet lounge with hot/cold beverages, a dog park and “spaw,” 5,000-square-foot rooftop event space on level 23, an indoor/outdoor spa and club lounge, 4,000 SF of conference/meeting space with adjacent hospitality suite, and 10 exterior covered terraces for office tenants.

The project is in Midtown Nashville at 1717 Hayes St., along the targeted West End Corridor, which has become the top office destination for its accessibility and convenience.

VOCE is unique as it allows buyers to opt into its Class-A Boutique Hotel program, meaning they can choose to offer their units as hotel inventory when not in use. In addition, perks for residents include membership to the “VOCE Collective” with complimentary valet parking, full priority access to all amenities across the building project, and discounts on all food and beverages.

Full construction permitting for the project is in hand, and Vastland’s construction management arm will direct utility work around the site in the coming weeks.
