Vault Partners will enter the St. Louis market with its first development in the region, Corporate Parkway Business Center, and has selected Cushman & Wakefield’s Joe Schneider and Keith Schneider to market the property to prospective tenants.
The Houston-based developer broke ground on the new building March 10.
Located at Corporate Parkway and Crosswinds Drive in Wentzville, Missouri, the 75,000-square-foot flex development can accommodate tenants who seek the full building or spaces as small as 5,000 square feet.
The building will offer 24-foot clear heights, high-quality tilt-up concrete construction with architectural reveals and offsets with unique lighting accents, as well as a rear truck court and ample car parking. Vault plans to complete construction in the fourth quarter of 2022.
