Chicago-based VennPoint Real Estate has acquired The Harrison, a 75-unit Class-A townhome and loft community in Royal Oak, Michigan.
This acquisition brings the number of assets in VennPoint’s Michigan multifamily portfolio to four, with its overall portfolio now approaching 2,000 units across multiple markets.
The Harrison Luxury apartments, built in 2016, feature open-concept floor plans with 16- to 20-foot ceilings, high-end interior finishes, chef-style kitchens, private courtyards and resort-style amenities.
