Venture One Real Estate has begun construction on Route 60 Logistics Center, a 195,375-square-foot, infill logistics facility located 1300 Allanson Road in Mundelein, Illinois. The building is scheduled for delivery the second quarter of 2021.
Chris Volkert, Ned Frank and Pat Hake of Colliers International have been retained to market Route 60 Logistics Center on behalf of Venture One. Meridian Design Build is the general contractor.
Route 60 Logistics Center is a well-positioned facility within Mundelein and five miles from a full I-94 interchange. Located in the land-constrained Lake County submarket, prospective tenants will have access to one of the MSA’s deepest and most dynamic labor and consumer pools. Designed to accommodate multiple users, the modern precast building will provide tenants modern functionality with amenities such as 36-foot clear height, on-site trailer parking and ample car parking while maintaining low Lake County taxes.
