Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 27,702-square-foot industrial building located at 1051 Frontenac Road in Naperville, Illinois. The masonry building is 100% leased to one tenant.
The building was constructed in 1982, expanded in 1992 and sits on 1.60-acres of land. It features 18-foot clear height, one dock, four drive-in doors, parking for 30 cars and 4,473 square feet of office space.
