Venture One Real Estate—through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial V, LP, a partnership between Venture One and Kovitz Investment Group—has closed on the acquisition of a 30,356 square foot industrial building located at 450 Corporate Drive in Vernon Hills, Illinois. The acquisition was a sale-leaseback with H&H Graphics.
Brian Bocci of Entre Commercial Realty represented Venture One in the transaction. The building was constructed in 1991 and sits on 1.83 acres of land. It has two docks, one drive-in door and parking for 40 cars. Additionally, the property is fully air conditioned and is equipped with 1,600 amps of power.
