VK Industrial IV, LP, an acquisition fund partnership between Venture One Real Estate and Kovitz Investment Group, has closed on the acquisition of a 44,490-square-foot industrial building on 2.13 acres of land located 1870 Elmdale Avenue in Glenview, Illinois. The single-tenant building was 100 percent leased at acquisition.
The building was constructed in 1984 and features 22-foot clear height, LED lighting, four docks and one drive-in door. Additionally, the property is equipped with 60 car parking stalls and 4,500 square feet of office space.
