Venture One Real Estate LLC, through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial II, LP, has closed on a 74,408-square-foot fully leased industrial building at 733-747 Kimberly in Carol Stream.
The facility sits on 3.94 acres and features 20-foot clear ceilings, six loading docks, seven drive-in-doors and a 1/1,000 parking ratio.
Adam Haefner and Corey Ramey of Darwin Realty and Development Corp. represented the seller.
