Venture One purchases 99,313-square-foot vacant industrial building

6969 W 73rdVenture One Real Estate LLC, through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial II, LP, has acquired a 99,313-square-foot vacant industrial building at 6969 W. 73rd St. in Bedford Park.

The single-tenant industrial building sits on 4.8 acres and features six loading docks, four drive-in-doors, 21.5-foot clear ceilings and 2,500 square feet of office. Venture One plans to renovate the building upon acquisition.

Larry Much, Ben Cremer and Michael Robbins of NAI Hiffman represented Venture One on the purchase and will be retained to continue marketing the facility.

Venture One’s VK Industrial funds have acquired more than 3 million square feet of industrial property in more than 30 separate transactions in the Chicago market since opening in September of 2010.
