Venture One Real Estate, LLC has purchased a 21,672-square-foot distribution center at 65 Ambrogio Drive in Gurnee, Illinois. The firm plans to rehab the property and put it up on the market again for lease or sale as a single-tenant industrial property.
The expandable, single-user property on 1.41 acres is well-situated for expansion and redevelopment, the firm said, in part due to its immediate access for trucks exiting or entering the full interchange at Hwy 41 and Washington Ave, and close access to the I-294 full interchange at Grand Avenue.
