Venture One Real Estate‘s acquisition fund, VK Industrial III, LP, recently closed on the acquisition of a 51,773-square foot-industrial building located at 10321 Werch Drive in Woodridge, Illinois.
The 24′ clear precast building is 75 percent occupied with a 12,800-square-foot vacant unit. It was constructed in 2000 and is located near the I-55/I-355 interchange in Chicago’s I-55 submarket.
The available unit offers users amenities such as LED warehouse lighting, 2 dock high doors, 1 drive in door and 2,500 SF of new office space.
