North Shore Depot, LLC has leased 21,672 square feet of industrial space at Venture One Real Estate‘s 65 Ambrogio Dr. in Gurnee, which the firm acquired early last month.
Tom Harmon, Ryan Bain and Zach Graham of CBRE represented both the tenant and landlord in the transaction for the freestanding property located on 1.41 acres.
The building is near I-94 via the four-way interchange at Route 132/Grand Avenue. It consists of a two–story, 2,000-square-foot office space, two parking spaces, two interior docks and a drive-in door.
